Les Six is founded by Shiho Nishida who is originally a graphic designer. Shiho was attracted to Tassel when she was in Paris, since then she wanted to create her original line. Her imagination finally came to real in 2008.

Les Six will be a first tassel brand in Japan, and Shiho might be a first tassel artist there.

The brand name, “Les six “ is representing sixth sense in French.

Le Toucher/ Sense of Touch , La Vue/ Sense of Vision, Le Goût/ Sence of Taste, L’Ouïe /Sence of Hearing and L’instinct/ Sixth Sense.
