yuruliku

Set up by Kinue Oneda and Koshi Ikegami in Japan, the brand yuruliku is a mixture of “Yururi” and “Yukkuri” which means slow and relax.

Kinue Oneda studied painting and specialized in Print art in Jyoshibi University. After she worked for a car seat textile company, she moved on to a stationary company where she learned silkscreen printing from the master.

On the other hand, Koshi Ikegami was graduated from Kyoto Institute of Technology Design and Aesthetics cour
and he too, worked in a car seat textile company to do planning and designing car seat textile.

The designers are inspired by humour, and the lighter side of life and handmake their creations within the confines of their studio, which was previously a school in Tokyo.

All yuruliku products are lovingly created by hand and uses techniques that include creative sewing and silkscreening.
